2.3 Identity Verification

499bet reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Account Management

3.1 Login and Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the 499bet support team immediately.

3.2 Single Use of Account

Only one person may operate a single account. Multiple members of the same household may open separate accounts, but they must use different payment methods and devices.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. In that case, you will need to contact support to reactivate the account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits at 499bet are currently accepted via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

• No additional charges apply for deposits.
• The payment method must be owned by the account holder.
• Deposits made through third parties are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

A minimum balance of ৳800 must be available in the account to make a withdrawal. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are not permitted while an active bonus is in place until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The bonus is never direct cash — to withdraw it, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, making the total balance ৳3,000. To withdraw, you must wager ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once.
• Claiming multiple bonuses through more than one account or from the same device is prohibited.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• 499bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular members can advance through three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier provides a weekly cashback: up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver, and up to 1.2% for Gold. Cashback applies to the week's net losses. For example: a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

499bet reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. Odds displayed may be incorrect due to technical errors or abnormal market conditions; in such cases the bet will be considered void and the deposit will be returned.

6.2 Match or Event Cancellation

If a sports event or live match is cancelled, the related bets will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned to the user's account. For partial cancellations, multi-bet rules will apply.

6.3 Slots and Casino Games

Casino game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are entirely impartial. If your connection is lost during a game, the bet remains confirmed and the result is recorded on the game server.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

• Abusing bonuses or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Any form of fraudulent activity or use of fraudulent software.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating an account using another user's information.

If such activities are detected, 499bet reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and forfeit the balance.

Termination and Suspension

11.1 Closure by the User

11.2 Closure by 499bet

In cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, or for legal reasons, 499bet may immediately close or suspend any account. Any related bonuses and earned benefits will be cancelled in such cases.

Changes and Enforceability
